UK-based interior designing firm Casa Forma has forayed into India's property market and is looking at a revenue of Rs 40 crore in the next two years, besides planning to start a brokerage business soon. "The Indian real estate market is very big and interior design market has huge potential to grow. We plan to start our journey here with interior designing and property searching business (brokerage)," Casa Forma chief executive officer Faiza Seth said. The company has just completed a Rs 10-crore project of designing the interior of a residential complex owned by a high-net-worth individual in the National Capital, she added. "We want to do two projects each year of the similar size that we have already done. In the next two years, we are expecting Rs 40 crore revenue from interior design business here," Seth said, adding two projects are already in the pipeline in the NCR. Besides individual property owners, Casa Forma would also explore possibilities to design properties of various developers. "We had spoken to DLF earlier, but nothing worked out. In future we will definitely look for opportunities to do business with real estate developers," Seth said. The company would also start its brokerage business within next few months and set an office in the country within a year, she added. Casa Forma, which was established in the UK two years ago, have so far completed 10 projects with five more under development. - Agencies Related Articles:
