When Bollywood PR specialist Dale Bhagwagar (who has represented Bollywood biggies including Hrithik Roshan, Shilpa Shetty, Priyanka Chopra, Esha Deol, Randeep Hooda and Vivek Oberoi) got a call from a Florida-based journalist asking for help, little did he know he was actually helping Katrina Kaif catch a cyber crook!

It so happened that the journalist, who writes for a UK website, had a chat on Facebook with a person named Katrina Kaif. The person gave an email id - This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it - and even confirmed a one-on-one interview with her.

The wary journalist decided to inquire the 'Facebook Katrina' with Bhagwagar, as he had handled the PR for Kat's debut film Boom and was Shilpa Shetty's ex-publicist too.

Though Bhagwagar does not work for Kat, he asked the journalist to cross-check with the actress over the phone before proceeding with an interview and helped her out with Kat's number.

The journalist got in touch with the real Katrina - and was surprised to find out that the person she had the web chat with was an impostor!

Now, the publicist has advised the journalist to inform the Cyber Crime Investigation Cell in Mumbai so they can track the impostor.
